Job Summary:

Responsible for soliciting and responding to companies and organizations to rent Audi space and services from Pulse.

  • Responsible for meeting clients / customers for Auditorium event sales. Responsible to prepare proposals and close the deals based on negotiations.
  • Represent Pulse and conducts meetings with individual customers by telephone or in-person. Meets with customers, conducts property tours and promotes Auditorium and services and within parameters, has discretion to negotiate contracts with customers.
  • Manages customer relationship through drafting proposals and contracts, responding to customer inquiries, as well as organizing arrangements as they relate to social and corporate events ie: set-up and execution of social and corporate events, meals and special events.
  • Responsible for planning and on site execution of large events in Auditorium.
  • Assists in the physical movement of customer equipment or furnishings as necessary for the event.
  • Audits customer checks and department charges and files to ensure accuracy.
  • To coordinate with marketing staff in creation and distribution of accurate marketing materials.
  • Ensures that contracts, menus, letters and reports are completed according to Max standards and policies.
  • Re-book functions and follow-up with customers by sending a thank you note.
  • Ensure the event is within budget and timely closure of Invoices
  • Other responsibilities as and when assigned.

  • To manage marketing campaigns for our projects

  • To act as coordinator between the client/projects-team and external consultants for design, MEP, and other works
  • Will have detailed knowledge and experience on Master-planning, CD,SD, DD and GFC Packages issued by Architects and Consultants, and will be responsible for checking and implementation of design packages on site

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 5-8 years of experience in large scale residential/ mixed-use and commercial development.
  • Graduate Architect (B.Arch) from a reputed institute
  • Proficient in Autocad (essential), Revit experience and knowledge is an added advantage.
  • Proficient in at least one 3d package-Sketchup /3D Max.
  • Working knowledge of Photoshop/Indesign.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
